30
Days. Five Touches A Day.

You don't have to know what you want yet. You just have to move — five small touches a day, across a few things at once, so no single yes or no decides your month. Pick from the team sheet below. Tick off your touches. Watch the streak build.

Every Day
Five Touches
01

Move

Train, run, gym, touch rugby. First thing. Sets the tone.

02

Strike

One application, form, email or call sent.

03

Turn Up

One in-person move: a session, a trial shift, walk into an office.

04

Bank

A paid shift, or progress on a badge/qualification.

05

Call

One real conversation. Mate, family, old teammate, coach.

Mix It Up
Nothing's Sequential
Try USPCA dog walking and apply to PSNI and pick up bar shifts, same week. Head to Manchester mid-month — mate's spare room, trial a gym shift, look at GMP, hit Old Trafford hospitality. Come back to Milan in September for the mushroom farm already carrying momentum, not as an escape hatch. Every track feeds the others: more people met, more doors open, more reasons to keep moving.
